Help someone in need

Someone I love is living without air conditioning, hot water, or a furnace. The inside of her home is falling apart in very dangerous ways and she is unable to fix anything. She is fragile and struggles with health issues. A few of us are trying to help but we barely make a dent in what we can do . If someone can help us please do. Her situation is not good. Every little bit will help.
