Hello! Thank you for visiting the Go Fund Me page for the UCLA Equestrian Team.
We are an actively competing group of equestrians for the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (Zone 8, Region 2), and proud UCLA Bruins.
The UCLA Equestrian Team has been a small, but mighty presence on campus for years. Unfortunately, due to a severe lack of funding, the team was forced to take a hiatus for a number of years before restarting during the 2014-2015 season.
The good news is that we are back and already seeing incredible success in our initial competitions of the season!
Our Team is proudly composed of 7 competing riders from across the United States, ranging in experience from local competitions to Junior Hunter Finals, USET/ASPCA Finals, and the NAJYRC.
Perhaps the best feature of the UCLA Equestrian Team is that it is not only composed of talented riders, but compassionate, supportive, and well-rounded individuals, as well.
The UCLA Equestrian Team is quickly growing into one of the most competitve teams in the Zone, but since we receive no funding from UCLA as a club sport, we are in need of your help to continue this trend.
We are aiming to raise $10,000 (Approximately $1,430.00 per rider) to help defer the cost of training, travel expenses, and equipment for the Team, as every team member pays out of their own pocket for the continued opportunity to represent UCLA.
This is only the beginning of an incredibly successful season for the UCLAET -- we'd love to have you there with us.
