Saving Alberto Noriega

Need to raise money for medical expenses badly. My father is a US Resident and a Mexican Citizen he has dual residency he was visiting Mexico City and his kidneys both failed he is on Hemodialysis they accept NO health insurance in Mexico. He has health insurance once he gets back to the USA. They only want cash up front. He will die without the Hemodialysis etc. We’ve exhausted all our funds in our family (those that are willing to help or can help.) He is currently at the Red Cross Urgent Care in Polanco Mexico. If we don’t pay they will let him die they just don’t care here, as many of you know I’m familiar with the medical field but our laws don’t apply here in this Country.  We are trying to move him to a real hospital a general hospital here in Mexico as this place is a dump has no empathy of the situation and they are in humane here, I will never donate to the Red Cross Again they DON’T GIVE IT TO THE PATIENTS.  You only have one dad in your life my heart is breaking. I’m not one to ask for anything but I really need help.  My father is currently intubated he is advancing making progress slowly but surely. Please help us get him better so he can travel back to the USA where he has great doctors waiting. PLEASE SHARE THIS. They are trying to tell me if I don’t pay the bill they will not release him so they want to hold him for ransom  basically. They do not have a Nephrologist on staff they do not have the equipment needed there they have to order it from somewhere else! Won’t release him but won’t give him his Hemodialysis unless it’s paid up front. I’m at my wits end!
