Keeping "Fretzy" in the Family

Donation protected
As everyone knows, I lost my husband, Gregory Fretz on May 18, 2013. Life has been quite a roller coaster since then, but I have been trying to power through...without asking for much help.
We have had to make many changes as a family with the loss of income from Greg. The kids had to miss most of the summer tennis camp that they have gone to every year for years. For those of you who knew Greg, you know what an excellent tennis player he was...and he really wanted his kids to be able to learn and play tennis as well. That is just the icing on the cake, and the most recent instance. I have had to let the kids know that with Daddy gone, we have to make some changes as a family. Everyone is on board, and we are watching what we are doing and spending much more closely.
Here is what you don't know. When Greg passed, we had well over $100,000 in medical debt. I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy to try and start over. This was a year ago, and I have been in the trenches of this bankruptcy since then. They have been investigating my "assets" for some time now. I got word today that they are going to take my part of the brewery...and for just pennies on the dollar, so far. There is always the option for me to buy it back from them, however I do not have the resources to do so. All that we had, we invested in the brewery. I think it would be an absolute crime for Kennedy and Ryley to lose out on what should be thiers someday, I really do. They deserve to have a piece of what their Dad worked so hard on, and poured so much of himself in to.
This bankruptcy has taken a toll on me, both financially and emotionally. To top that off, once this is done, I have to start the whole probate process, with yet another attorney. Greg had no will, and no life insurance. I am ready for all of this legal stuff to be over, so I can move forward and try to rebuild our life.
I am asking for any help, so that I have a chance to keep Fretzy's hard work in our family.
I thank you in advance, and have my fingers crossed that this will work. I have no other options.
