1000k in May for NBCRI

Hi everyone, as some of ye may know Louise, Georgia and myself are on placement and living together for the summer. We have decided to put our spare time to good use and walk/run a combined distance of 1000km over the month of May in aid of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI). This equals the distance of the Ireland Way, a hiking trail which runs the length of the country from Castletownbere in Cork to the Giants Causeway in Antrim.


In Ireland, 1 in 9 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime. We want to show these women and their families solidarity and raise awareness for this non-profit organisation. We are advocating for NBCRI as it is a cause close to our hearts and we would be so grateful for even the smallest donation.
