We at the #Hogfbchat want to honor one of our own and help raise money for his family and to memorialize his name. All proceeds from this donation will go to the family of Coach Aaron Feis and his Marjory Stoneman family.
It is with Great sadness that our Football Family has learned about the death of Aaron Feis. He was our Assistant Football Coach and security guard. He selflessly shielded students from the shooter when he was shot. He died a hero and he will forever be in our hearts and memories.
Feis graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 1999, returned to the school as a coach in 2002 and served as head coach of the JV team for eight seasons. He also served as the school's college recruiting coordinator.
This is for his family to help cover the costs of whatever they need.
