Coach Craig, Gemma and Lara get back on track

Hi, we are Crossfit Beorn and we are fundraising for our Coach Craig

This man is a NIGHTMARE... always makes you do the skill work, on hand with a little witty comment and ready to give you a general beasting ALWAYS!... And if you think you are getting away with the warm up, he will certainly whip you into shape.... That aside, he's our nightmare and we care!

Last week, a fluke fire broke out in his and Gemmas's studio; Lara, their beautiful rescue dog, was caught inside, She is now fighting for her life....as if dealing with losing all of your belongings isn't enough!

We just want to give a little back of what Craig gives us every day.... and let him know people care!

Even though times are hard at the moment, anything you can give would be truly appreciated.

Lets also do this for Lara.... The original strong girl!
