Coach Dahlberg 4x4x48

On March 5-7th I will completing the David
Goggins’ 4x4x48 challenge.

*I will be running 4 miles, every 4 hours  for a
total of 48 hours. 

*UPDATE*
Due to a knee injury I will now be rowing in place of running. I will be rowing on an indoor
row erg machine and will be rowing 8,333
meters every 4 hours for 48 hours for a total of 
100,000 meters rowed. This is a rowing distance that is comparable to the time it would take me
to run 4 miles and actually rowing this distance will probably take me slightly longer. 

I’m raising money for Noble Network
Charter Schools where I’m also a physical
education  teacher. 

I hope to inspire my students to take on 
uncomfortable challenges to push their bodies
both physically and mentally to find their true potential.
