Coach Mark Anderson's Road to Recovery

Hello, my name is Susan Anderson and I am reaching out on behalf of my husband Mark Anderson. Most of you know him as a Track and Field Coach from UCLA and/or Shae's dad. Having found much success, the UCLA team traveled up to Eugene, OR for the NCAA Finals with the Olympic Trials to follow. His daughter Shae went on to help the relay score 3rd place at Nationals and then make the Olympic team just a few days later.

During the beginning days of the Olympic trials Mark became ill and had to be hospitalized in Eugene, OR. His diagnosis is Perforated Diverticulitis and has not seen any improvement in the week he has been in the hospital. He has fluid built up causing an abscess formation. He  now has surgery scheduled for June 30th and we have been met with out of state fees for the medical stay that are unattainable for us to cover with insurance. Wanting to just make it home safely we are asking for help donate to Mark's medical fees so that we can get him home safely and healed up. With his daughter competing in the Olympics next month it would be a blessing if you could help him get back on his feet.
