Coastal charity walk
Donation protected
So we are doug and kerry, just a normal couple that like to have a drink, watch films, maybe a bit overweight .....
Last year while on a weekend away we were stood on a beach discussing our outlook on life (it's been a hard few years) we had this mad idea to walk from Lands End back to our home in burnham!
Bare in mind we smoked at this point and huffed and puffed walking up the stairs .
Over the last few months we have been working on our idea for this walk, we've been walking, given up smoking and talking to charities and sponsors.
This idea has taken off and we are now pleased to have 3 brilliant causes to motivate us.
We will be walking for ...
In charleys memory (making mental health matter)
We have chosen this charity because our son uses their services as do alot of other children we know.
Without their support we would of had nowhere to turn.
It's an amazing charity that rely solely on donations.

This is a social group for people with autism 18+
We have chosen this cause because our daughter was diagnosed with autism at 14 and it's been a long hard journey to get support for her. She is nearly 18 and groups like this will be major factor in her and others quality of life .
We need to save these organisations and this 1 in particular are struggling to pay the rent on their meeting place.
Oscar's journey to independence.
My brother told me about little oscar and his story.
Straight away we decided to add him to our causes.
We want to raise as much money as possible to help this lovely little boy to walk un aided.
Unfortunately he doesn't qualify for the operation he needs to help him walk, eliminate his pain and give him the best quality of life on the nhs ?
His poor parent have been through a really tough time and now have the challenge of raising the money for surgery.
All of our plans wouldn't have been possible without the support of our sponsor MGC Digital, who have provided all of our hiking equipment, the are also designing and printing promotional products.
They have also pledge a large amount of money to each of our causes, so we really are truly grateful.
