Coconut Caboose - Maui Wildfire Recovery

The Coconut Caboose is an authentic Hawaiian coconut delicatessen and home of the world-famous coconut shave ice - made with freshly frozen Maui coconut water and paired with locally made Maui coconut cream gelato. Serving Lahaina (storefront), Paia (caboose location), and your special catered events.

Like so many others that call Lahaina home, the Coconut Caboose, and its extended family, have been impacted by the Maui wildfires. We love Lahaina, and we appreciate all the well wishes and support that the community has shown us. Not only is our business based in Lahaina, but we live in the community too. We are determined to be part of the recovery and to continue to spread daily Aloha with our coconut delicacies.
