Code for Change: Support Ghana's School Dropouts

Agric Connect Organisation is an organisation register in Ghana, dedicated to lifting disadvantaged communities out of poverty. We believe that education is the key to unlocking potential, and we're committed to providing opportunities for Ghana's young people.

Our journey began with a bold step to offering a free software development training program that transformed the lives of over 100 students in 2021. Through partnerships with IT companies in Ghana, we not only equipped these young minds with valuable skills but also set them on a path to successful careers. Five exceptional talents are now receiving advanced training, poised to become industry leaders.

Building on this success, we're expanding our horizons to offer a lifeline to school dropouts. By combining practical IT and agricultural training with mentorship, business skills, and networking opportunities, we're empowering young people to become self-sufficient entrepreneurs. Our vision is to create 100 sustainable jobs and support 100 young lives annually.
