That's why we're thrilled to announce the production of the "Code Name: SPIKE Short Film"—a powerful, bite-sized version of the story you love. This short film will be our pitch, our proof of concept, demonstrating the full potential of what "Code Name: SPIKE" could become as a full-length movie or a multi-series epic. We're crafting this short film with the same grit, intensity, and heart that made the original story unforgettable.

- $100 - Patron: Full name credit at the end of the short and full-length conversion.

- $1,000 - Patron Advocate: Full name credit at the end of the short and full-length conversion, plus a signed hardcover copy of "Code Name: SPIKE" from the author.

- $5,000 - Executive Patron: Full name credit at the end of the short and at the start of the full-length conversion, a signed hardcover copy of "Code Name: SPIKE" from the author, and early screenings of both the short and full-length productions.

- $10,000 - Master Patron: Full name credit at the start of the full-length conversion, a signed hardcover copy of "Code Name: SPIKE" from the author, early screenings of both the short and full-length productions, and 0.01% net proceeds from the full-length conversion for a period of 10 years, paid yearly from the anniversary of the final full production release (limited to 10 Master Patrons).

Code Name Spike Productions, LLC, established in the State of Colorado, is responsible for the production of the "Code Name: SPIKE" short movie. Please note that your contribution to this short film is considered a donation, and the only material exchange will be the benefits explicitly listed in each tier. There are no further promises or expectations beyond those outlined in the tier descriptions.

By contributing, you agree that your donation does not entitle you, the donor, to any movie or production rights beyond those explicitly mentioned, including but not limited to financial benefits, editorial control, creative input, marketing considerations, or any other implied or unspoken rights.

All payments must be made in full; partial payments will not be accepted. Production timelines for the full-length movie or series are currently open-ended and subject to change. In the event that your contribution is deemed ineligible for any reason, the donation will be returned at the end of the calendar year.

Donors must ensure they are legally permitted to make the donation and are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility. In the state of Colorado, this includes being over the age of 18. By donating, you agree to hold Code Name Spike Productions, LLC, and all associated individuals harmless from any legal claims arising from any jurisdiction, state, or country.

You also agree to act in good faith and not disclose sensitive project details to anyone outside the production team unless explicitly authorized by Code Name Spike Productions, LLC.

Financial Return and protections:

If the short film has not initiated production within one calendar year, all funds will be returned to the donors. These funds are protected under GoFundMe's protections to ensure your contribution is safeguarded.
