Cody Brown Takes Cancer Down

On September 8th, 2023 Cody was taken to the hospital by ambulance. They did emergency surgery on his appendix and he ended up very sick with sepsis. Not long after the surgeon revealed something much worse than they expected. On October 12th, Cody was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma. Cody provides for himself, his wife and their four children. This past month of Cody being out of work and knowing with this cancer diagnosis their family is going to need a lot of support. Although Cody’s prognosis is good, his cancer is not curable, it’s just manageable. In mid November he will finally get seen by BC Cancer and know more about his treatment plan. Currently he is still fighting sepsis and is very tired and sore.
