Cody Curry Emergency Repair Expenses

On June 5th 2023, Cody and his fiance's septic system backed up and flooded their house. All toilets, showers, and sinks overflowed on the first floor causing sewage waters to destroy carpet, tile, baseboards, cabinets, furniture, rugs, clothing, and sentimental personal items. The sewage also entered the HVAC system causing the AC unit to be destroyed. The total damages are in excess of $150,000. Allstate is refusing to cover anything above $5000 and has even gone so far as to assign an attorney to disuade Cody from pursuing legal recourse.

Cody and his fiance have been forced out of house and home by an unforseen disaster. Insurance is outright refusing to help him in any meaningful way.
