Colby Jackson Medical Fund

Colby Jackson an EMT and first responder for Orange County attended the Route 91 festival on Sunday October 1, 2017 with his EMT girlfriend Shannon. Colby sustained a gunshot to the arm resulting in a shattered humerus and arterial bleed. During the incident Colby shielded Shannon with his body until they reached a treatment center. Colby is an amazing EMT with a passion for helping others. Although injured himself, when at the treatment center Colby and Shannon assisted in the aide of others injured. Colby was transported to a hospital where he awaits surgery.

Having worked along side Colby for a year I know how much he loves being a first responder. Colby’s dream is to become a fire fighter. His passion for the field is amazing.
