Colchester Zoo Stampede 10k

I am running the Colchester Zoo Stampede for a cause that is very close to my heart, Mid and North East Essex Mind. As some of you may or may not know my Mum works for Mid and North East Essex Mind so I get to witness the huge impact that this fantastic charity makes to so many different people. Working with young people day in day out I also understand how important it is to have charities like these to give young people the support needed to overcome the challenges they face at such a young age.

More information about Mid and North Essex Mind: Mid and North East Essex Mind are a local independent charity. We provide mental health services to adults, children and young people across the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts. Our services include counselling, peer support and practical support. Some people use our services for a short time while others come for a little longer. We want to make sure that no one faces a mental health problem alone.
