Cold cot fundraiser in memory of Harry
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my names Kim and I’m the mummy of a beautiful little boy named Harry. Harry was born sleeping at 40 weeks.
Harry’s 2nd birthday is approaching on 3rd February and myself, Harry’s daddy and some of our friends and family will be joining us in doing dry January, walking 10k steps per day and completing a 5 mile walk on Harry’s birthday so that we can raise money in Harry’s name.
We are hoping to raise money to help our local hospitals to purchase cold cots. Cold cots are used to enable families to spend a longer period of quality time with their baby and to ensure that families can spend this time to say their personal goodbyes.
Unfortunately, not all families will have this opportunity as it currently stands as cold cots are expensive and not all hospitals are able to fund these. This is why we are asking for your help. A cold cot costs around £2800, so we would love to be able to reach this total. The money we raise will be donated to Abigail’s footsteps charity who have already gone above and beyond to help support hospitals.
Obviously, this is cause is really close to my heart and I would appreciate any donation no matter the amount. Thank you for taking the time to read.
