Cole and Krystle Pitts

On June 14, Cole Pitts was in a horrific car accident that almost took his life. He was rushed to a hospital in Round Rock, TX to assess his many injuries.

-Traumatic brain injury (multiple small brain bleeds)

- Laceration above his right eye

- Multiple fractured teeth

- 11 broken ribs

- Pneumothorax (air in chest cavity)

- Shattered pelvis

- Open fracture of his left ulna

- Fractured left foot with an open laceration

- Lacerated of right Achilles tendon

Cole remained in the intensive care unit for 2 weeks and is currently in a rehabilitation hospital. He has to remain non-weight bearing until his pelvis heals and he will not be able to work for possibly up to 6 months or more since he will be rehabilitating from his brain injury. This would include being at a PABI (post acute brain injury) facility which insurance is possibly not going to cover.

It was a very close call, but through the power of prayer and all the tremendous love and support he has already received he has been making an amazing recovery so far.

However, as many people know insurance can only go so far and this amazing family needs our help. Anything you can offer is more than appreciated.

Please continue to pray for Cole, Krystle and their sweet baby boy Lane. This family isn’t one to ever ask for help, but in times like these we have to pull together to help our loved ones.
