Colin Chalmers memorial fund

Colin passed away unexpectedly at the QEII hospital from complications of pneumonia on Thursday March 7, 2019. Though it was sudden, Colin was surrounded by loved ones in his final minutes. Colin would have turned 38 in April.

He was a loving and gentle husband and a devoted father to 5 beautiful children. He was one of those people who brightened your day and he found joy in the smiles of others. Colin had many passions and hobbies, but his family was #1.

Colin's purpose in life was to care for his wife and their kids. His passing will present many challenges and we want to help make sure that finances are not one of them. To anyone that donates we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
