Collaborate for Cathy!

Many of you know my sister, Cathy of CatsKitchen. She is a great sister who works very hard to be independent and does it all with a positive attitude. She runs her own Wash & Fold which is a job that requires a lot of physical exertion, standing, and walking around.

You may have seen a few days ago that while walking her furry best friend Miss Reese, Cathy slipped on black ice and fell. She broke her tibia and tore the ligaments in her ankle so badly that she needed to have surgery yesterday. She now has a plate and bunch of screws holding her leg together. She will need to be off her feet for 12 weeks.

I am creating a Go Fund Me page for my sister because she does not have a corporate job that allows for sick days. When she can't work, she has no income. The next few months will be a physical struggle for her that will only be compounded by having to worry about making ends meet financially. The goal is $4,000. I know times are tough for all, so any contribution that can be made will make a difference in her life when she needs it most. Drop her a line on her FB or comment here with well wishes.
