Collar Scholars at UCLA

Hello! We are Collar Scholars at UCLA, a collegiate chapter of Canine Companions, which provides service dogs, facility dogs, and veteran dogs to people with disabilities free of charge.

This year, we will be raising service-dogs in training at UCLA. Between 2 to 18 months, volunteer puppy raisers socialize and train Canine Companions puppies before they go on to professional training. Since the service dogs are free to recipients, puppy raisers must incur the cost of raising a puppy. We greatly appreciate any amount you can donate in order to offset vet bills and other puppy-related costs the students will be responsible for.
