The community of Oak Bay experienced the devastating loss of one of our public works employees, Steve Seekins, who was tragically struck by a motor vehicle and killed today while at work. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to Steve's wife, children, family, friends, and colleagues. This tremendous loss will be felt throughout the community.

We are looking to support Steve's wife and children in any way we can. Any and all donations are appreciated.
