Colleen Melton Needs your HELP

Our mutual friend Colleen Melton, is going to need help from all of us.
Many of you know Colleen is a professional painter during the week and an avid motorcyclist on weekends! Unfortunately the painting profession has an occupational hazard since one must work on scaffoldings and ladders.

It is very unfortunate that Colleen fell off of a 6 foot ladder. As a result she has a severely fractured wrist, fractured vertebraes and multiple fractures in her pelvis.  She had wrist surgery today Monday February 29th  on her right hand. They put a plate in her wrist to hold it together. This is the hand she uses the most in her profession, cutting in the perfect corners and ceilings with paint.    Also, Colleen will have to wear a back brace for 12 weeks and who knows how long the pelvis will take to heal.

This accident leaves Colleen with NO income. And she does not know how long it will take before she may be able to work again.

I am Sue Zwit-Frantzen, I have been a friend of Colleens since  7th grade and I am creating this GO FUND ME campaign for Colleen to be able to withdraw, as she needs it, from the money we all contribute. She is the only one that can withdraw the money. 

You know Colleen, she is a great loving caring strong fun determined young lady. And she needs your help. Any amount will help her. If you decide to create a ride in her honor and collect money for her, I strongly suggest to DO IT.  Time will elapse, don’t forget about Colleen. She needs your help.

Colleen will be moved to a rehab facility soon to begin to heal and learn how to get around. Every day is a long day for Colleen.  As you know Colleen is a pretty active person. Please help to Keep her spirits up,  Contact her and please contribute to this cause.
