Collin Carr's medical expenses

Collin is an 8th grade student at Wellington Landings Middle School who underwent an operation for inflammation in his intestines due to his recently diagnosed Crohn's Disease.  Expenses are mounting quickly.

Collin is a soft-spoken, kind-hearted young man with a constant smile on his face.  He is a blessing to peers and teachers alike and never complains about the hand he has been dealt.  Teachers are amazed at how he keeps his grades up considering the number of days he has missed.

One of his teachers, Mr. Wilber, and his best friend, Jacki E., want to support his family by raising funds for his recovery.
