On January 8th, 2024 I lost the love of my life to his battle with anxiety and depression. Unfortunately due to how he died, his life insurance refused his claim. The Creek Nation stepped in and covered most of the funeral and some of the burial costs, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to cover the cemetery and headstone. I absolutely hate asking for help, but I have no other recourse. My husband deserves a peaceful rest, and I will swallow my pride if it helps me give him that. He was only 31 and left behind a beautiful little boy who turns 3 the day after his dad's funeral. Anything anyone can contribute will help. That being said, please don't put yourself out, and if you have to choose between going to the funeral, or donating, we would rather have you at the funeral. I want to give him a proper send-off, and that means being surrounded by his friends and family during his goodbye. His funeral will be at Benton County Funeral Home at 2pm on January 19th, with following burial at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1-2pm, and refreshments will follow his burial for those wishing to celebrate him and tell stories at the family home.
We appreciate your condolences during this extremely difficult time. Please hold your loved ones close for me.
