Colony in danger

Hi my name is Roseann and I’m TNR certified here in Staten Island. I’ve been working hard for 8 months to try to spay/neuter and help these cats with food and medical. I have fixed 20 so far with at least 10 more to go, rescued and placed 10 kittens. In the past month a hoarder on the block moved and released more semi friendly cats into the mix. Most of the cats are sickly and underweight and several need medical treatment including 2 limping badly and one with a possible tumor and 3 most recent kittens are with upper respiratory infections. The worst part is now we are learning of possibly poisoning and intentional hitting them with cars. Please help as I’m extremely worried and overwhelmed.
