Colorado College XCTF Fundraiser 2021

For the Colorado College Cross Country and Track and Field teams’ second annual fall fundraiser, our team is proud to be raising money for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless based in Denver, Colorado. The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (the CCH) works to create lasting solutions for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. The CCH has been able to help over 20,000 individuals each year using a comprehensive approach to address both the causes and consequences of homelessness. We hope to help their CCH in its mission to provide a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
Each year, the CCH operates 20 high-quality permanent supportive housing and affordable housing properties managed by the Renaissance Property Management Corporation. The coalition administers nearly 1,300 vouchers, supporting over 3,300 households with housing options in an increasingly unaffordable state. The CCH also offers medical and behavioral health care, substance use treatment, dental, vision, and pharmacy for over 13,000 patients annually.
Our Colorado College Cross Country and Track and Field Teams hope to raise money to help the CCH improve and renovate its services. One of the coalition's more recent projects that our fundraising may help is the “Renaissance Veterans Apartments at Fitzsimon”, a 60-unit housing property for veterans and their families in Aurora.
To support this fundraiser, you can make a flat rate donation to this page or you can choose to support a member of the team with a pledge per mile donation for the 1 hour of activity event we will be hosting on December 8th, 2021. Please directly contact the individual you would like to donate per mile for if you would like to select this option.
