Colt Ladd Memorial Foundation

Hello friends, family, and my fellow community. My heart is broken as I reach out to all in a time of need. I received a tragic call over the weekend from my best friend. She was in tears explaining that she had just found out her husband had been in a car accident. Colt passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 7th. Just a few days before his 26th birthday. He leaves behind his wife Malory and his 7 year old daughter Aaleah as well as many other family members and friends. With news of his death, Instagram and Facebook were flooded with photos, videos, stories and remembrances of Colt and the love that everyone has for him. Dealing with death is one of the hardest things that any of us will have to deal with in our lives. Malory and Colt made a promise just a few years ago to spend the rest of their lives together “forever” and unfortunately their time was cut short. “If there ever comes a day where we can’t be together, keep me in your heart I’ll stay there forever.”- Winnie the Pooh
With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. All proceeds will be going to his family to help with unexpected expenses, funeral/ memorial costs and the families basic needs during this time. We are hoping  to raise money for Malory to help with any costs that will incur and to help where needed. It is in these times of a tremendous loss and great sadness when you see people come together to help and to support the people we love. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide.
