Comfort for Claire

Hello Everyone! Friends, family, coworkers, peers, etc! As many of you know, myself and my family have an ever growing family of Jones'. Back in November, our clan grew one more when the most precious baby girl, Claire Olivia Jones, was born. God gave me my second niece and I could not be more in love with them BOTH.
My oldest brother, Patrick, and his wife, Wendy, have been so blessed with the most beautiful family of two girls. Charlotte, 3 years old, loves her baby sister and adores her to no end. She loves to do any little bit that she can to help her parents in taking care of her sister.
When Claire was only 2 weeks old, she became extremely sick with RSV. A respiratory virus predominantly diagnosed in young children. She spent a number of days in the hospital which meant sleepless nights for Mom and Dad and worrisome nights for the rest of our family. After time went by, this little girl showed her true Jones strength and started to grow and become stronger. However, it just hasn't been enough for her little body to get 100% healthy again. Since she was born, Patrick and Wendy have endured countless ER visits, trips to the pediatrician, G.I. specialists, pulmonary specialists, ENT specialists, etc. None of which can seem to give us the answers we all are dying to know so our girl can get better.
Today, June 13th, baby girl was scheduled for a procedure at University of Maryland Medical Center to have an endoscopy done in which she would have been administered anesthesia and put under to complete. Something horrifying for any parent, let alone their 7 month old baby girl. Upon arrival and preparation for the procedure, Claire was running a fever which lead to not being able to follow through and go on with the surgery. Because of her being sick again, this essentially meant 3-4 more weeks of waiting for more answers to come back and attempt the procedure again.
The sleepless nights and anxiety that comes with wondering if your child is even still breathing is unimaginable and no parent should ever have to experience it. Its the most helpless feeling sitting back seeing your child suffer and not being able to do anything for them. It has been a whirlwind of emotions for this squad and I am determined to do something to attempt to alleviate even the slightest amount of the stresses they have been fighting against. In efforts to do so, I would like to raise money to donate to my older brother and his family to show them that no matter how hard life gets, there is always gonna be someone standing in their corner to support them in any way, shape or form. I have a set goal of $1,000. Whether I raise more, less, or nothing at all I know that I have put forth some type of effort in attempt to help my family in a trying time.  I'm asking any and all of you who have the time to please donate! Anything will help and will reassure us Jones' that there is a small light at the end of the tunnel during tough times. If you are unable to donate, we ask to keep us in your prayers. God's hands can work better than anyone, and He would never challenge any of us in this world if He did not truly believe we could handle it.
Thank you all!
