Coming Together for Jack Trentacosta

This is Jack; for the last few years, he's suffered excruciating pains in his feet and legs. After seeing multiple doctors and taking many medications, they concluded he had Stenosis. Surgeon's tried doing a few angioplasty procedures to open narrowed or blocked blood vessels that supply blood to his legs. Unfortunately, things happened at a rapid speed from that point on. In the long run, they were unable to save Jack's legs. They've recently amputated both appendages above the knee. Jack nor his family were prepared for this life-changing situation. His medical bills are piling up. A Handicapped accessible van is needed, And having to turn their house into a Handicapped ADA-accessible Home is exceptionally costly. Please rally around Jack and Lizzy in their time of need. Every little bit will help.
