Coming together for the Flores Family

On Thursday, July 21, 2022, our family experienced an unspeakable tragedy. We are devastated by the sudden loss of our Aunt Gloria Flores and cousin Jason Flores. Gloria (mother), Jason, (son) and Isaac(son) are all long-time residents of Modesto, and all attended the Modesto Jubilee Church. Gloria was very active as a church member and took great pride in taking care of her church. For many years, she also served alongside her late husband as a minister's wife. She was famous for her delicious fried rice that she made for every family function. Jason loved the great outdoors and loved camping and fishing with his late father. Isaac Flores who was injured and is battling for his life remains in ICU at UC Davis. Isaac has a long road to recovery and will have to undergo many surgeries in his future. Isaac has worked for Modesto School District for many years as a computer site technician. Although he worked at many sites he developed close relationships with staff at Bret Harte School. This has devastated our family and we are humbly asking friends, family,and our community for assistance with funeral and medical expenses. We are appreciative of any financial support and prayers extended to our family during this difficult time
