Commander Football

Greetings family and supporters of Commander Football. As we kick off Spring football, we are asking our families and community for support. For us to provide the experience that our young men deserve, we need your help. Our district assists in providing for some of the costs to operate sports teams like providing facilities, coaches, medical supplies, and some transportation. However, the other cost of operating a team is up to the team itself. There are specific team-building expenses that we require every player to pay as these are either for items they will keep or will directly benefit players themselves (shirts, out-of-area transportation, & team dinners). Unlike the youth sports leagues or travel teams many of our players have participated in, we do not have a mandatory participation fee. We must rely on our community to help cover the costs of uniforms, safety, practice, and training equipment. Because over half of our program needs are covered by donations and fundraisers, we have given a target to each and every player to raise at least $500. It takes quite a bit of time and money to build and sustain a quality football program. Accordingly, the contribution of your time and financial support goes a long way in making this a reality and a memorable experience for the team, players, families, student body and community.
