Commonwealth powerlifting South Africa

Hi, my name is Emma and I’ve been selected to compete for Scotland at the Commonwealth Powerlifting championships in South Africa in October.

Powerlifting involves competing in all 3 lifts: squat, bench press and deadlift. This will be my first international competition, having competed at the Scottish and British masters Championships in 2023 and 2024.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to represent my country I am doing some fundraising to contribute towards the cost of this self-funded trip. Any contributions are very gratefully received.
