Community Bike Shop Rent and Rehab Relief

You can make a difference by donating today to Bici Libre, a volunteer-run community bike repair shop in central Los Angeles serving day laborers, houseless communities, youth and families. Bicilibre has an extensive tool lending library with workstations, used bicycles, an parts where people can learn to build a bike and repair their bikes on a sliding scale, and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. Instead, we provide various ways community members can support the shop through mutual aid efforts.

With Los Angeles City Council’s latest attack on low-income and unhoused communities making bike repair on the streets illegal, Bicilibre is a crucial space to stay open to continue to support those targeted by systemic inequities.
