Community cat TNVR fundraiser!

Hi everyone,

I am a local cat rescuer in WNY. I do a lot of TNVR work. TNVR stands for Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return. Community (Feral) cats are cats who were born outside and never were socialized to humans, sadly. Their lives still matter. I work with people in the community to trap them, get them fixed and vaccinated (so that they are protected from some of the brutal diseases they are prone to outside) and then release them back to the community as long as they have a caretaker. These cats are beautiful gentle souls who were forgotten and getting them TNVR’D gives them a chance at a better, healthier life. I also assist in rescuing friendly cats who were dumped by humans, or left behind and I work with local rescues to find placement for them so that they can be adopted and off the streets. I do this work on my own and it is challenging, emotionally, physically, mentally. But it’s my passion. And there is so much need. Niagara Falls will be my focus this spring and summer. There are more stray/homeless cats in the city than people. It’s devastating. They suffer. They starve, they get poisoned by people, they are prone to so many other dangers. Please help me, help them! For so long I’ve tried to do this out of my own pocket but it’s too much for one person. If we all come together and donate and provide support, I can help more cats.
