Community Pantry for Fairmount!

The Mama-Tee Community Fridge outside Fairmount Bicycles has been so popular that we would like to set up a community pantry right next to it!

Who are we?

We are small business owners in the area. Jessica from Lumos Yoga & Barre approached me, Shelly from Fairmount Bicycles, to chat about ways to get a pantry installed, and now we have multiple businesses contributing gift cards to help fundraise for the pantry.

What will we purchase?

It was recommended by other folks who have set up community pantries to get an industrial grade metal cabinet to keep rodents out. If there are any funds leftover after the purchase of the pantry, they will be spent on stocking the pantry & fridge with fresh and shelf stable foods through the holiday season.
