Community Support for Chuck, Ingrid, Everett, Leif and Glenn

Dear Family, Friends, and Community,

Words are so difficult in this situation. As you may know, Ingrid was in a car accident this week with her 4 sons. Everett (12yo) is in the ICU still after having sustained a brain injury while Orin (who would have turned 4 on Nov. 20th) passed away. The other 2 boys and Ingrid have been spared serious injury.

Chuck is taking care of Leif and Glenn at his home in Meadow Valley while Ingrid cares for Everett in the ICU. His path to recovery is uncharted and will only become known as time passes and the brain continues healing.

We as a community can share in some of their burdens during this time through prayers and intentions, providing meals, and helping to cover some of the foreseeable financial needs. This initial amount is to cover all the immediate expenses and I hope that we can continue to support them through what will be a lengthy journey towards healing.

The family is grateful for all of you who are reaching out. They may not have the capacity to respond, but are feeling your love and support. Thank you for drawing together and walking with them through these challenges.
