Community support for Kelly's physical therapy!

If you know Kelly, you know that she is a fiercely hardworking, compassionate, and resilient woman. I've had the pleasure of being her roommate for almost a year now & have been deeply changed by our friendship. Being a firm believer in community and the power of togetherness, I want to rally her people to support her during a really vulnerable time. 

Long story short: Kelly's employment situation has (again) changed very abruptly due to the COVID-19 outbreak. While many people are faced with reality this right now, she is especially compromised financially because of her recent ACL surgery. Without this new job, she will no longer have health insurance to cover some of the physical therapy costs associated.

Hoping to alleviate some of these current burdens, I am championing our fantastic Detroit community to pitch in what they can to help her get through 2-3 months of treatment. She has a lot on her plate right now, and our financial support will go a long way as she is finding harmony again with more life changes. 

ANY amount helps -- whether it be $5 you'd donate instead of getting a coffee, money you'd spend on a movie this weekend, going out to eat, you name it. The world is in crisis & the best way to get through this chaos is by doing it together.
