Community Support for Le Monde Employees

Dear Wichita,

After over 30 wonderful years of serving this community, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the upcoming closure of Le Monde Cafe & Deli. This decision has been incredibly difficult, especially as we reflect on the decades of memories, milestones, and meals shared with all of you.

Since the passing of our beloved owner, his wife and our restaurant family have worked tirelessly to honor his legacy and keep this special place alive. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we’ve reached a point where closing is the most responsible decision for everyone involved.

Our final day of operation will be

While this marks the end of an era, we hope it’s not the end of the love and support this community has shown us.

To assist our loyal and hardworking employees in their transition to new opportunities, we’ve set up a GoFundMe page. These funds will go directly to the incredible team who have given their all to make Le Monde Cafe & Deli a warm and welcoming place for over three decades.
