Lone Star BBQ, one of McAllen’s long-time family-owned restaurants, sustained extensive damage in a fire Friday night. At this time, it is uncertain how long it will take to reopen.

There are 9 long-time, dedicated employees whose families depend on their income from Lone Star BBQ. Besides their regular bills, this is the holiday season.
