Community Support for Lyndon Jr’s Burial
Donation protected
We find these moments, the most challenging for our family. As I try my absolute hardest to type these words, I speak for us all when I say that we are heart broken.
We lost our baby boy. And it hurts so very much. Jr recently turned 10 on August 2, he was filled with so much life .. oh, and jokes :)
On November 27, 2022 my sister (Jr’s mommy) received a phone call from her 9 year old daughter with tragic news that broke us all. She had found her brother, lifeless, underneath a blanket, with a gunshot wound to the head.
Here’s what we know: The three of them were staying at their father’s house for the weekend and my sister wasn’t notified about her son’s death/incident until one hour after first responders were called to the scene.
We are humbly reaching out to the community for assistance, not only for his burial, but for an investigation to take place. As we piece together this tragedy, we can not do it alone.
Jr’s death was unexpected. It was the last time his mommy would be able to hold him, tell him how much she so deeply love him, take him to school, and cook his dinner.
Here’s what I remember most, he could never take a serious photo without doing something goofy. He loved video games and cheese burgers. Jr had the best sense of humor .. and pranks that followed. He loved his sister and his younger brother, they were close, and used to sing songs about brotherhood and protecting each other. He was a “mama’s boy” lol, never really wanted to go anywhere if his mother wasn’t present. And lastly, I was his FAVORITE Aunt, though the other aunts would argue this. Thus, Jr loved his family and we love him back!
