Community Support for Sarah~ healing from a car accident

Sarah A Rudnicki is a hard-working sole supporting , SINGLE mom, autism mom,  of two exceptional  children  She is a professional performer,  a Yogi and Dancer, a creative ,a coach and an amazing human being.    Early June Sarah experienced  a car accident while in the CMHA van as a passenger after teaching their yoga program that left her with a concussion, that has moved into post concussion syndrome  as well  damage to her musculature in her back and neck As a self employed individual, contract & gig worker there is not access to  EI, sick leave short term disability and  the regular benefits that help out when unable to work.  

 She is undergoing Medical Treatments and she's committed to her healing. This healing Journey is unpredictable,  and she is unable to work at this time as she prioritizes her restoration and rest and recuperation and her children. And a slow entry back into her work life.  Healing and taking care of her kids has to be on the top of the list.  She is missing all the classes, her clients, performances, and retreats that were to happen this summer.  Sarah is committed to building spaces to create community together of dancers of moms of yogis and she's a really amazing friend and Mom of two amazing children. She has done so much for this community and she has committed her life to helping women and men through their grief and to guide them in life so they can make better Lives for their children too.
