Compassion Gala Fundraiser
Donation protected
For those who know me and my best friend Kim, you know how passionate we are about supporting a cruelty-free lifestyle. To say we are "animal obsessed" could be an understatement. Another thing you might know about us is our love for Los Angeles and our desire to engage with local charities. If there's an opportunity to be part of the solution to animal abuse, then we want in. This fundraiser will assist us in attending the Compassion Gala Fundraiser held by Last Chance for Animals. LCA is a non-profit organization that eliminates animal exploitation through education, investigations, legislation, and media attention. LCA opposes the use of animals in food and clothing production, scientific experimentation, and entertainment and promotes a cruelty-free lifestyle and the ascription of rights to non-human beings.
This organization shares our beliefs and values when it comes to the protection of animal rights. We want the opportunity to support this cause by attending their Gala in October with a mission of building relationships with staff and attendees to further our efforts locally. Our goal is not only to raise money for this non-profit but to network with like-minded people. We want to build the community around us, so we're no longer idling in the background.
It's a minimum of $600 for us to attend the event, which is why we are here. Any amount, no matter how small will help us to secure event tickets and contribute to the efforts of Last Chance for Animals. If we can fundraise more than the ticket, we will donate the remaining balance directly to the charity. If we don't manage to reach the goal, we will present what we do raise directly to the charity.
Please look at the organization and event page to understand how your donation will help. https://www.lcanimal.org/index.php
Additionally, if you're interested in attending the event with us, please reach out! Finally, we appreciate everyone who took the time to read through this fundraiser and lend your support.
