  • This is the story of me and my family.
  • I hope you share and support the story to help us. Thank you

Hello, I am Salim Hani. I am 27 years old, I live in Palestine, Gaza City, and a resident of northern Gaza. After we entered the war on October 7, a date we will never forget. Two months later, before we were displaced to the hospital and then to relatives, the occupation bombed a house adjacent to our house, which led to large shrapnel entering the house. I will leave the pictures below to show the devastation miraculously from the bombing. The remnants of the missile entered the house, which consisted of small, very hot iron parts, directly into my father's bedroom, injuring him completely in his left eye, and the remnants also entered his left shoulder. We went to the hospital to treat him, but unfortunately it was a rudimentary treatment due to the lack of the necessary capabilities to complete the entire operation, and the doctors removed the shrapnel remnants from my father’s shoulder. We contacted all parties to get us out of Gaza, but no one responded, and my father was unable to leave. Because of his health, he is unable to walk long distances from the north

My father: Hani Saleem - 1973,
‏my mother: sheren moen
‏Brother: Karim Hani - 2004
‏Brother: Muhammad Hani - 2001

There is no need to describe the feeling of losing an eye, which is considered the most important part of the body. Now he sees the world with one eye in a weak way, frankly nothing. The world can replace my father's vision. Unfortunately, to complete the operations, it is necessary to travel to Egypt, and we are currently in the treatment period. All I need is the expenses to support us, and to take my father to Egypt because his health condition is deteriorating day by day due to the lack of food and the difficulty of finding it because he is old, and this costs 6,000 pounds sterling per person. . My little brother, I hope you can help me get them out before Ramadan because his situation is very difficult in every sense of the word, and it helps me live in Egypt, at least pay the rent.

  • My uncle will follow my personal account and publish my story with my uncle due to the lack of widespread availability of the Internet and my inability to follow and publish. thank you in advance.

Nothing can replace the memories of our family and the life that was within one home. One person without anyone can lose something, either in their body or in themselves. Our dreams have been lost, and here we are 5 months later in a very difficult situation. My father is malnourished and suffers from diseases. The onset was chronic, which led to a deterioration in his health. I hope you understand the situation and support me. Unfortunately, I cannot keep the Internet open at all times, so I assigned the task of publishing to my friends so that my message would reach the largest possible number of people.
  •    I hope to achieve the goal so that the family can come together and complete my treatment as soon as possible before the situation deteriorates further and we are left with nothing and we lose our dearest loved ones.
  • Thank you for reading our message. You strengthen our steadfastness with your support.
