Completing Eating Disorder recovery

Hello! My name is Victoria (Tori) Sanchez, and I have spent the last 3 weeks at the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders Residential program in Philadelphia, PA. Unfortunately I had to switch insurance plans which meant I had to leave suddenly 5/3/17 but will be readmitted next week, due to my hard work and motivation. The only problem is that my new insurance doesn't cover all of the costs and Eating Disorder treatment is extremely expensive.  Unfortunately I cannot cover it on my own- especially with the cost of college and travel. Residential treatment has been suggested to me for years now and I finally took it upon myself to take a health leave from college and get the help I need. My eating disorder and mental health problems were severely interfering with my health and my day to day functioning. I am a 19 year old Music Education major with a focus in voice. I knew that if I wanted to continue with my vocal career that I could not keep damaging my body and voice like this. This has been a struggle for 7 years now and I never thought I would be able to make the decision to go, but I finally made the choice- took a plane and went straight to treatment. Renfrew has been the most incredible thing I have ever done for myself and has helped me to see life and my emotions like never before. The only issue is that I was not supposed to leave nor was I ready to do so, and I had just made it to the next level which was supposed to help me the most. I know this is a long shot but every penny counts. Thank you so much for reading my story and for all of your help!
