Concert for Emily

My name is Rick Collins. Members of my church and I have come together to raise funds to help the Gorsky family with the medical bills from the illnesses their daughter Emily had which contributed to her passing in November. Emily was born with the genes that contribute to Cystic Fibrosis. Even with this disease Emily fought to live a full life even living her dream and getting married. In the course of dealing with her illness it necessitated a double lung transplant twice as the first was not effective. Because of the anti rejection medications her kidneys failed so she was waiting for a kidney. During the wait she suffered a stroke and did not survive.
