Congress of Future Medical Leaders Nomination

Sent by Harvard, Jewels Mazy, a freshman in high school, was nominated for the Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence. Meeting all the requirements: gets high honors grades, shows high interest in medicine and science, shows very good leadership skills, and accepted by all of her teachers, Jewels was picked along with very few other high school students, in the country, to represent the state they come from (she is representing the commonwealth of Pennsylvania) in this program. Not only will this award be a great extracurricular to include in college applications, internship interveiws, and job interviews, but also it gives you a college credit. It has been a long wanted dream of Jewels’ to go into the medical field in the future. Jewels has wanted to wanted to become many jobs in the medical field (anesthesiology, radiology, pediatric surgery, and cardiovascular surgery) and each one would benefit by the skills they get to learn and observe over these two, once in a lifetime, days in this program. They get to meet nobel prize winning surgeons and physicians, sit in on conference calls, and watch a live surgery in person while being able to ask questions during the live surgery. This opportunity is amazing, however very costly, which you probably have noticed from the goal, and we would appreciate it greatly if you helped!
