Connecting patients to their loved ones

My name is Derek Triska and I am raising money to buy iPads for the skilled nursing facility my grandma lives at. To connect the patients to their families at a time when visitors are not allowed in the facility and the patients aren’t allowed to leave. Implementing this technology will provide entertainment to the patients and give them the ability to see their loved ones virtually more often. I haven’t been able to hug my grandma for 7 months and only get to visit her through a glass window. There are a lot of patients at the facility who might never see their loved ones in person ever again. This is a group of people who have been completely isolated from their families. No hugs or kisses or in person closeness with their loved ones. Let’s raise some money to get some iPads to the patients so they can FaceTime their families. I do this in honor and love of my Grammy Alicia Ware and the 96 patients that live at her facility. Anything you can do will really make a difference. Thank you for your support.
