I am extremely excited about | CONNECT | 

I feel it is my first project with my voice. In the past, my projects were created to make a point, or to prove something. With this story, I finally had something to say. It's a very personal story for me as a lot of the elements come from my own experiences. I would leave this film behind to explain who I am as a person as well as a filmmaker.
| CONNECT | takes an interesting look at love, loss, depression, death, and struggling to live day to day with a pain that's difficult to explain-- even to those close to you. The storyline is also intertwined with societal pressures of being in the public eye and in a community on the brink of political unrest.
